Trainual helps companies organize onboarding, training, process documentation, and internal knowledge in one place.
The challenge was perception. Trainual could easily be read as an onboarding tool only.
Useful for new hires, but not necessarily seen as a system
for keeping company knowledge clear as the team grows.
The film needed to make the broader value visible early.
We built the story around the real operational problem: scattered knowledge, unclear ownership, inconsistent training, and processes spread across too many places.
The product film showed how Trainual turns that mess into
a system teams can actually use.
The goal was to help buyers understand that Trainual is where company knowledge gets created, assigned, tracked, and maintained.

To show the full value of Trainual, we built the film around real product use.
Storyline Development
We shaped the story around the core workflow: create content, organize knowledge, assign training, track progress, and keep teams aligned.Storyboard
We used key interface moments to structure the product story without turning the film into a feature list.Animatic
We tested the pacing early, so the film could move quickly while still giving each product moment enough space to land.Animation & Sound Design
We combined UI motion, 3D, transitions, music, and sound design to show how information moves through the platform.

Our Approach

Our Approach
Trainual needed to feel clear, useful, and operational.
So we built the visuals around real actions:
Creating content.
Structuring knowledge.
Assigning training.
Tracking progress.
Keeping teams aligned as they grow.
The film avoided generic productivity visuals and used the product logic itself to carry the story.
The result made Trainual easier to understand as a system for company knowledge, not only a tool for onboarding.
