Rivet Health helps healthcare teams manage revenue cycle workflows across estimates, claims, payments, analytics, and payer operations.
The challenge was that the platform could feel fragmented at first glance.
For a new buyer, each product area could look like a separate tool instead of one connected system.
The film needed to make that connection clear before the demo.
We built the story around the buyer’s real workflow: where revenue leaks happen, where teams lose visibility, and how Rivet brings the process into one clearer flow.
The goal was to help buyers understand Rivet as a connected revenue system, not a collection of features.

Using infoBee’s brand assets, key messages, and visual references, we created a booth video built to attract attention, explain the product clearly, and help the team start conversations at MWC.

We shaped the story around the full revenue cycle and the operational friction buyers already understand.
The film had to make the connection between estimates, claims, payments, and analytics visible fast.
Storyline Development
We mapped the product journey through key interface moments.
The goal was not to show every feature. It was to show how the platform works as one system.
Storyboard
We tested the pacing and transitions before final animation.
The flow needed to feel connected, so the viewer could follow the product logic without a live explanation.
Animatic
We used UI motion, 3D depth, transitions, music, and sound design to make a dense healthcare platform easier to follow.

Rivet needed to feel like one revenue flow.
So we used real product moments, spatial depth, and clean transitions to show how different parts of the revenue cycle connect.
The film made Rivet easier to understand before the demo and helped buyers see the platform as a system, not a set of dashboards.

The Rivet film was recognized by Motion Design Awards.
For us, the stronger point is not the award itself. It's what the recognition signals: complex SaaS can look sharp without becoming shallow, and a serious product can feel clear without turning into a basic explainer.
