About Project

Entrilia is a SaaS platform for private capital teams managing fund operations, investor data, reporting, accounting, and workflows.

The challenge was that in private equity, many products start to look the same from the outside. Dashboards, documents, data, controls, reporting. Everything feels serious, but the real difference is not always obvious.

The film had to make that difference clear before the first sales conversation.

We built the story around the shift from scattered fund operations to one connected platform where teams can work with more structure, speed, and control.

The goal was not to make the product look bigger than it is. It was to make the logic clear enough for qualified buyers to understand why Entrilia matters, and why it is worth a conversation.

Development Process

Development Process

For Entrilia, the process had to make a complex platform feel clear, controlled, and credible.

  1. Storyline Development
We shaped the story around the way private capital teams actually work.

The focus was simple: help the buyer understand how fund data, documents, reporting, accounting, and workflows come together inside one platform.

  2. Storyboard
We turned the product into a clear visual sequence using real UI, structured layouts, and restrained 3D elements.

The storyboard helped us avoid the usual fintech trap: abstract shapes, fast transitions, and no real understanding.

  3. Animatic
We tested the flow before final animation.

The pacing needed to feel confident and easy to follow. For this audience, clarity matters more than speed.

  4. Animation and Sound Design
We used clean UI motion, subtle 3D structure, transitions, music, and sound design to support the product story.

Our Approach

Our Approach

Entrilia needed to feel clear, structured, and trustworthy from the first watch.

We used real interface moments to carry the story, with restrained 3D elements to add depth and show how the system connects fund data, documents, reporting, and workflows.

The pacing was kept calm and deliberate, so the viewer could understand the platform without the film feeling slow or overexplained.

The result was a product film that made Entrilia easier to read for a first-time buyer while keeping the seriousness of the category intact.

The Entrilia film received Video of the Day from Motion Design Awards.

For us, the stronger point is what the award recognized: a complex financial SaaS product presented with clarity, restraint, and enough visual confidence to stand out.
